CLC and HASC are committed to diversity and inclusion and addressing health, racial and social inequities by fostering a culture that values differences and similarities equally. Collectively, we strive to align with and support our member hospitals and health systems, partners and community stakeholders; our workforce; and the communities we serve. CLC staff are Certified Diversity Professionals from DiversityFirst.
External Work
CLC hosts a statewide DHEI Roundtable discussion every quarter to share best practices and strategies that hospitals can use to advance diversity and inclusion and address health, racial and social inequities. We invite the following leaders to participate: Chief executive officers, chief diversity officers, chief health equity officers, chief medical officers, chief human resources officers, chief population health officers and anyone responsible for advancing diversity, health equity and inclusion initiatives in your organization.
